Congratulations on your pregnancy! Many thanks for enquiring about ‘First Parenting' Antenatal Classes. This is a fantastic course facilitated by very experienced health visitors and midwives with great guest speakers. Additionally, you will find our locations easy to access with the facilities being modern and uplifting. This is such a wonderful period of your life and we are here to support you and help you enjoy it!

Antenatal classes prepare mothers/fathers for labour, birth and parenthood. They are also a great way of meeting other parents-to-be!

• Held in the evenings and weekends so is easier for birth partners to attend
• Inclusive of Fathers with interactive fun games and open group discussions
• Emphasis on positive mental/physical preparation and active participation in birth
• Small groups made up of local class members
• Postnatal reunion
